quick connect coupling is a mechanical device used for connecting and disconnecting of fluid lines without use of tools. quick connect coupling is made up of two halves. the female half is called coupler or socket and male half is called adaptor or plug. coupler of quick connect coupling is assembled with locking balls. when adaptor or plug is inserted in to the coupler, the o ring of the coupler seals the joint and simultanously the locking balls lock the groove thereby giving a leak proof joint without use of any tools. quick connect coupling comes in different variety of design like double shut off, single shut off and straight thro. we can offer quick connect coupling in stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and aluminum material. quick connect coupling is available in 1/8" to 2" sizes. for special application we can customize the coupling up to 4" size as well. please contact us with your application details for more on quick connect coupling
